Water Pasteurizing and Cooking in the HotPot

REVIEW OF THE HOTPOT 

Hannah Rolland is a senior at Elon University in North Carolina, majoring in Environmental and International Studies. She is currently conducting research regarding the potential to use solar cookers to pasteurize water to provide clean drinking water in developing countries. Hannah presents her findings in this HotPot Review on the independent testing of the HotPot which she undertook as part of a summer internship with Solar Household Energy.
