Solar cookers cut carbon emissions and save resources

THE HOTPOT INITIATIVE IN MEXICO

The HotPot was designed in response to an identified need for a durable, efficient, easy-to-use, portable and commercially viable solar cooker. This report shares SHE’s experience of working with local partners El Fondo Mexicano para la Conservacion de la Naturaleza (FMCN) and Energía Portatil S.A. (EPSA), to promote its use in Mexico where manufacture of the HotPot is based.
